The extensive and powerful licensing scheme enables you to scale ClickWork exactly to your current and future needs.

In essence, a license key tells ClickWork to allow concurrent use by a certain number of users within the department. Since an installation of ClickWork can act upon more license keys, additional license keys can be bought at any time and simply added to the same installation. For example, suppose you already own a license key for 4 users and you add a license key for 8 users, then you will have an installation that allows 12 users. When you add another license for 8 users, you will have an installation for 20 users, and so on.

But you can also initially have an installation with more license keys and then later decide to split it up into two or more installations and spread the license keys among those installations. 

As soon as the number of allowed users is exceeded, ClickWork will fully continue to work. No blockings will come in effect. The only impairment is that it will display the same texts that characterize the trial version. This gives you the opportunity to buy the required additional license keys, without frustrating the current users in the mean while.

Each buy comes with a table about the bought license keys that you can import in, for example, Excel and that will help you in administering which departments are using which license keys.

Below you find two tables. They show the price and the price per user for each product. Each product's price is determined by the number of license keys and the number of users per key. The price per user decreases as the total number of users increases. But you can also see that the price per user decreases as the number of licenses decreases. The underlying idea is:

• Your risk increases if you buy less license keys, as it gives less flexibility.
• In theory, an installation with lesser users gives a better performance.
• In theory, 'less installations' requires less support from ViaFox.
