ViaFox was founded in 2000 by Peter de Valença, an independent software developer who specializes in MS Visual Foxpro, the data-centric development environment from Microsoft.

This website serves three functions:

1. As ViaFox specializes in Visual Foxpro, it can deliver components as well as complete applications that are robust and extremely fast in the handling of small or huge amounts of data. ViaFox is situated in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam.
